Sponsors Needed for the 2007 Annual Golf Tournament!  Saturday July 14th

 

SPONSORS- We really need your help with the PNW ASNT Golf tournament!  Your contributions to this event have been appreciated each year and we hope we can count on your help again this year. 

 

This year we are all busy and again there are fewer of us to support the Seattle ASNT golf tournament than in past years.  As many of you know, several of our contributing sponsors have restructured ownership or merged and are not able to contribute as much to help run the tournament.  (They were a big reason for the success and we owe them a big thank you; the cost of the BBQ alone is over $600 and last year we spent over $1000 on prizes!) 

 

There are several options to help out, but of course anything you can do is appreciated.

 

             Donate Prizes-

This helps out the prize selection, but we really need your help with dollars too.  Good prizes are game tickets, golf items, or gift certificates from your company. Best items:  cash, gift certificates, camping or fishing items, golf bags, game tickets.

 

Vendor Cash Sponsorship-

Any amount helps!  Sometime companies can help with cash contributions.  We will make sure to mention it at the BBQ

 

***Limited spots.  There are only 6 available holes left to sponsor!! - First come - first serve                     

 for the seven holes available. 

 

            Sponsor a Hole – (Silver Level) - $200

Sponsor a hole for closest to the pin, longest drive or other contest TBD ($100 goes to cash awarded on that hole + $100 goes toward tournament prizes).  Includes your company name and logo on a sign at the tee and on list of sponsors to be read at event dinner)

           

            Sponsor a Hole – (Gold Level) - $300

            Sponsor for Gold Level and $100 goes to cash prize awarded on the hole and $200 goes towards running tournament, BBQ and door prizes (includes sign with your logo at the tee, special acknowledgment at dinner/awards and a letter of appreciation to your company for supporting local ASNT)

 

            Sponsor a Hole – (Platinum Level) - $400 or more

            This is a big deal and really makes a huge difference!  $100 hole prize and the extra $300+ donated goes toward prizes and really helps with the BBQ and tournament costs.

Special acknowledgement of amount donated at awards/dinner event and mention in the Newsletter that goes out to entire PNW ASNT membership.  Your company will receive a nice plaque for your company showing appreciation of your support to PNW ASNT and how many years you have been a “Platinum” supporter.

            Make sure to reserve and pay for your foursomes; they fill up fast

 

                All checks need to be received as soon as possible before the tournament (by July 1st) to ensure we             can have the signs made, pay the course and purchase prizes.
